Booking Information

If you wish to book our villa please either e-mail us or telephone us to confirm your required dates are available. In order to secure your dates a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total amount is required. Your deposit will then be deducted from your final balance which must be settled in full 8 weeks prior to your departure.

Booking within 8 weeks of departure

The full cost of the rental including your security deposit must be paid on booking the villa. If full payment is not received, we reserve the right to cancel your booking.

Changing your booking

All changes in bookings are subject to availability and must be done no later than 8 weeks before departure. A £20 fee will be charged for this service. If the requested dates are not available, normal cancellation terms apply.

Cancellations

All cancellations must be given in writing. Bookings cancelled more than 8 weeks from departure will forfeit the booking fee. Regrettably, no refunds can be given for cancellations after this date. We strongly recommend taking out an insurance policy to cover you for this eventuality. A refundable security deposit of £200 per stay is required in the event of damage to our home above and beyond normal wear and tear. Upon arrival at the villa, you are advised to check for any damage and report it to the management company within 24hours. Failure to do this may result in your security deposit being retained. Your security deposit will be refunded within 30 days of your departure date, subject to a status report from our management company in Florida.
