Rates
The rates below are PER WEEK FOR THE PROPERTY and not per
person, irrespective of the number of guests (up to a maximum of 10 people).
We have tried to keep our rates structure as simple as possible, but if you
do require any further information please do not hesitate to contact
us.

The above figures are INCLUSIVE of all local taxes.
Discounts may apply for bookings in excess of 2 weeks, please contact
us for further information.
Pool heating is optional and costs £70 per week, however
it is highly recommended for stays from October until April.
A refundable security deposit of £200 per stay is due with
the final balance 8 weeks prior to occupation of the villa. Your security
deposit will be refunded within 30 days of your departure date, subject
to a status report from our Management Company in Florida.
Daily rates can be quoted on request.
