Family / Living Room

A three seater bed settee, a two seater settee and a single chair provide comfortable seating. A 32 inch television with cable service, DVD player and stereo make ideal entertainment for those quite nights in. Sliding patio doors covered lanai and pool deck.

Dining Room

Situated off the kitchen, the table and chairs provide dining facilities for six people.

Kitchen

Fully fitted with Breakfast area, twin sinks, waste disposal, fridge/freezer with ice maker, dishwasher, self clean range, microwave oven, toaster, coffee maker etc. etc... in fact everything you need to make it home from home.

Laundry Area

Houses the automatic washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.

Bedrooms 1 & 2 are both fitted as master bedrooms

Queen-size, sleigh style bed, dressing table, drawer unit, and bedside units, television and en-suite bathroom.

Bedrooms 3 & 4 are both twin rooms

Both of these rooms have twin beds, dressing table, drawer unit, bedside unit.

Bathroom 3

Located between bedrooms 3 & 4.

Outside

The pool area has a deck, a covered lanai area with lighting and ceiling fan. Luxury patio furniture comprising of table and chairs and sun loungers. 30ft x 15ft curved heatable pool with child safety fence, pool toys and gas barbeque.
